Service Description
This is a group training style class that involves elements of both weight lifting, mobility and aerobic/anaerobic cardio work to help build a lean and powerful physique. This class is an hour in length and uses functional movement patterns to help channel your inner athlete and keep you feeling strong and looking great. I help with questions, form, fitness and whatever else you need during your hour at Rachel Clark Fitness. It is an awesome community feel and a great place to meet friends. My fully equipped studio is located in St. George, Utah near the airport off of southern parkway. Each cycle offers 8 sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7 a.m. at Rachel Clark Fitness. The classes will no more than 8 people. Please note that group personal training classes operate on a 'use it or lose it' basis. Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled. I appreciate your understanding and encourage consistent attendance to maximize your results.
